NuDerm products contain a 4% hydroquinone medication concentration.
As with all prescription medications, these must be ordered or
prescribed by a physician. This requires the completion of some
patient information paperwork and a brief visit with a physician to
ensure that this is the best product for you. There is no charge for
this consultation. Please print out the

information form if you'd like to do so before coming into the
office to save some time. No sales tax is collected for prescription
medications.
Several of the other
Professional C Serum and sunblock products are nonprescription
products. However when these products are prescribed by a physician,
Florida sales tax is not required. To insure your best results,
Hopkins Clinic also requires completion of a
patient
information form and brief consultation with a health-care
professional in this office prior to the sale of these products as a
prescription is written for them as well.

What to Expect During
Each Phase of Your Transformation
During treatment, you can
expect to experience four phases as you undergo Transformation to a
more healthy and younger-looking appearance. The length of time
between the phases will vary based upon multiple factors including
patient age, skin type, amount of damage and daily compliance.

In this initial phase,
the damaged top layer of skin is replaced by a new layer of fresh,
